   I totally remember a party at Gene’s house.. you had to have been there… he put the album on, cue’d it up to “Big Shot,’ and announced to everyone this is for everyone when you wake up tomorrow.

   Hello, I’m from South America and 42 years old, so when “Big Shot” came out I liked it, but in that time more for the music than for the lyrics, because when I was 12 I just didn’t understand the language, now I can speak english in a decent way and I have rediscovered this song, it’s so direct, I have heard that it’s about a managar who lied to Billy Joel, but anyway, it has good lyrics about some people who likes to be first in everything, but I can´t find a word or two in spanish to translate correctly big shot, ha.ha.ha.
